Return and exchange policy

Our store provides seven-day return and exchange service. If you want to return or exchange goods, please make a request within 7 days after receiving the goods.

All transportation costs incurred for returns and exchanges will be paid by our store. Please contact customer service for transportation arrangements.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the refund will be credited to your account within a few days.

Keep in mind that refund times to credit cards always depend on your bank.

When returning or exchanging goods, the goods must be in good condition, unused, and the inner and outer labels and packaging must be intact.

If you need to change the color, please do not open the original packaging.

Refunds - Only genuine priced items and unopened items will be accepted. The items are in brand new condition.

Exchange - the goods must be unused, keep all packaging, and will not affect sales. Exchange them at the Mong Kok store within 2 working days after receipt.

The Fjallraven Kanken series must be unopened to enjoy the color exchange service.

For all transactions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
