Return and exchange policy

SF Express is used for local mail.

If you need other shipping companies, please contact us first.

We can ship to SF Express stations/lockers/partner points; simply fill in the SF Express address directly in the shipping address field.

 

Hongkong Post/SF Express is used for international shipping.

 

Our store offers a seven-day return and exchange service. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please submit your request within 7 days of receipt.

All shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges will be covered by our store. Please contact customer service for shipping arrangements.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your refund will be credited to your account within a few days.

Please remember that the time it takes for a refund to appear on your credit card always depends on your bank.

For returns and exchanges, the item must be in perfect, unused condition, with all internal and external labels and packaging intact.

If you need to change the color, please do not open the original packaging.

 

Refunds - Only accepted for full-priced items and unopened, brand new items.

Exchanges - Items must be unused, with all original packaging, in resalable condition, and exchanged at our Mong Kok store within 2 business days of receipt.

Fjallraven Kanken series items must remain unopened to be eligible for color exchange or return service.
